Returns and Refunds Policy

At SCARED ART (A NON-WHOLESALE COLLECTIVE OF ARTISTS), we specialize in creating custom masks designed exclusively for you. Due to the unique and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the production process has begun or the order has been shipped.

Exceptions for Damage or Errors:

The only exception to this policy is if the product arrives damaged during shipping or if there is a manufacturing error attributable to us. In these cases:

Include clear photos of the damage or error and your order number.

We will evaluate your case to offer you a product replacement at no additional cost. Important Note: Please carefully review the specifications and customization details before finalizing your purchase, as each piece is made to order.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (like special orders or personalized items). If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and issue the refund.
