Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

"Since these are custom masks, each piece requires a manufacturing time of 6 to 10 business days before shipping. This time is separate from the shipping time selected at checkout."

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 3 to 8 business days after shipment.

Expedited/Priority: 1 to 3 business days after shipment.

3. Order Tracking

"Once your mask has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number from USPS/UPS/FedEx. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update."

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

"We are not responsible for packages marked as 'Delivered' by the carrier that have been stolen or lost. We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address with signature (it increases the value slightly)."

5. Incorrect Addresses

"If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs."

6. International Shipping

"Customers outside the USA are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs charges that may apply in their country." Packages to the European Union will be shipped insured for the lowest value.
